The ArcWorks Institute

Formation before
function.

The Institute exists to protect what cannot be rushed. Becoming precedes doing. Formation is prioritized over speed, and integrity is protected over growth pressure.

Why the Institute exists

ArcWorks must never outgrow its formation.

The Institute holds authority over ARC formation philosophy and frameworks, ArcType language and definitions, certification standards, and the integrity of developmental pathways. Not revenue. Not growth pressure.

We believe that sustainable impact requires personal formation, not just skills, tools, or strategy. Lasting change happens at the level of belief — and the Institute ensures that everything we build stays grounded there.

"If our Vision is an ArcType world, we cannot gatekeep truth."

— Institute Philosophy

This is why Institute resources — workshops, frameworks, blogs, and white papers — are available to all. The mission of an ArcType world cannot be built behind closed doors.

ArcType Coach Certification

Becoming an Arcitect

Certification reflects demonstrated ArcType formation and capacity — not merely participation, time, or technical competence. Three stages. No shortcuts.

01

Stage One

Arcitect Enrollment

A 1-day, in-person Bridge experience where prospective Arcitects and ArcWorks Institute Faculty explore shared vision, values, and fit. This is not a formality — both parties choose to move forward.

Vision exploration · Being exploration · Values alignment · ArcWorks world overview · Capability assessment

02

Stage Two

Transformational Leadership

A 2-day, in-person intensive establishing the shared ontological foundation required for ArcType coaching. Experiential and formational. Required for all prospective Arcitects before certification.

Ontological foundation · Shared language · ARC Journey lived experience · Values formation · Leadership identity

03

Stage Three

ArcType Certification

A 4-month formation cohort including two onsite Coaching Intensives, Faculty triad coaching, recorded peer coaching with Faculty review, real-world coaching application, and Network participation.

Cohort formation · Onsite intensives · Triad coaching · Peer review · Real-world application · Network integration

Completion of Certification does not guarantee placement within the Firm. Discernment remains mutual and ongoing.

Monthly workshops

Open to the community.

Institute workshops are open to everyone in the ArcWorks Network — and to the public. Topics explore leadership principles, organizational frameworks, and above all, where transformational change actually takes place: the level of belief and being.

One in-person event and one virtual gathering each month — designed for anyone with ARC-type vision, regardless of where they are in their journey.
